She made sure we were given a wonderful loaner vehicle which she personally took the time to show us how it deviated in driving from our car. She kept us updated as to the progress of the work being done and took it upon herself to contact those in authority in reference to a reaccuring and costly problem. Danny arranged everything, from ordering the replacement windshield and parts to scheduling the service and setting up a loaner car....all done with professional customer service at the top of his list....Dan is truly an outstanding representative for Germain Lexus..and based on this exceptional service, I will become a lifetime Germain Lexus customer.... I've been fortunate to have Dave McKinney as my service advisor both times. Last year Dave helped me out with a break problem and got my car back to me the same day. Probably the best car buying/leasing experience I have had I hate buying new cars. The experience always seems to leave you feeling like you got cheated. Our experience with Germain Lexus was truly different. Jason Lauer was our salesman and he was a gem. Really a good listener, not pushy, seemed very honest, seemed to know everything about the car, and explained everything in great detail. We shared some concerns we had about high pressure tactics when my husband was leasing his car and they were very responsive to that. It still is not something I look forward to doing again real soon but, at least it was not a root canal like past experiences. More
Service call in response to a recall I got a recall notice saying Lexus would replace the dash on my car if it had cracked from exposure to Florida's hot sun and high humidity. Service re I got a recall notice saying Lexus would replace the dash on my car if it had cracked from exposure to Florida's hot sun and high humidity. Service rep Carrie Lorenz arranged for a loaner and noted that it was time for the 60,000 mile service. Later, she called and the battery needed to be charged, adding that the service department would charge it for free and not replace belts with the service because that already had been done in an earlier service call. Furthermore, she said that normally there would be a significant charge for reconnecting the after-market satellite radio once the new dash was installed. She realized that had the Lexus dash not have failed, the radio would not have been disconnected in the first place.'in the end, her decisions saved $300-plus on belts and labor, something like $150 for the radio work (labor, researching schematics) and whatever the cost of charging the battery would normally cost ... She was watching,out for a customer and, in my opinion, thereby earning respect not only for her but also for Germain Lexus. More
