Positive experience in purchasing a car at Germain Lexus of My wife and I were on our way to Mercedes Benz to tentatively close a deal on a 2016 C class sport sedan. But as we were driving , I suggested we stop My wife and I were on our way to Mercedes Benz to tentatively close a deal on a 2016 C class sport sedan. But as we were driving , I suggested we stop by Germain to see the 2016 Lexus ES350 as a potential alternative. As we were entering the new car lot, we crossed paths with Mr. Michael Diaz, who introduced himself, greeted us and politely asked if he could help us. We told him we just wanted to see the new 2016 Lexus ES350. He proceeded to show us some cars on the lot while giving us an insightful description of the car. He masterfully summarized for us the car design aspects, technology and performance. He soon realized that my wife's interest in the car, besides style and mechanical aspects,, was interior and exterior colors in addition to the blind spot monitor. He assured us that the car would have a blind spot monitor and to ease my wife's concerns about color décor, he lined up three cars. One White with Parchment interior, one Silver with Stratus Grey leather and the other Atomic Silver with Flaxen leather interior. Then he opened the cars doors and made us back away so as to visualize all three cars and compare them for color appeal. This helped immensely my wife to agree with me that the Atomic Silver with Flaxen leather interior would be the car to choose. Michael was very helpful throughout all aspects of purchasing the car. He carefully explained all steps of it and took care of everything, including insurance coverage for our new blessed car. Michael is an ordained minister and before living he asked if we would like to have the car blessed. Of course we said yes. Now my wife tells her friends if they want to buy a blessed car to go and see Mr. Diaz At Germain Lexus. He is highly recommended by us. More

9 Lexus Customer -7 From Germain 2002-2015 We leased 6 Lexus ES350 from Germain between 2001 thru 2013. a 7th --2013 from Treasure Coast Lexus on East Coast, an 8th from Germain in July 201 We leased 6 Lexus ES350 from Germain between 2001 thru 2013. a 7th --2013 from Treasure Coast Lexus on East Coast, an 8th from Germain in July 2015....and a 9th from Scanlon on 12/31/15 We had a loyalty to Germain......... In 2013 attempted to lease our 7th ES350 from Germain. Could not believe outrageous price quoted....Went to Treasure Coast Lexus with a previous Germain Salesman for exact equipped car for around $150 less per month. In July 2015, we decided to try Germain again and leased 2015 ES350 for an acceptable lease payment. Very pleased with Salesperson and outcome. On Dec 30, 2015, we attempted to lease another ES350 to replace the 2013 lease and wanted to go local again with Germain. We knew what the payment should be. Germain's quote came in at $545 for 36 month lease with $1500 down on ES350. We knew it should be no more than around a maximum of $450 or so especially with $1,500 dn. We contacted, by internet, Lexus dealer in Ft Myers for same exact sticker price, color, same equipment, etc.. Luxury and Safety Package, (loaded) They sent quote by e-mail (ON LINE) no voice contact at all.... with printed payments and sheet showing all details for vehicle. 0 dn, $543 for 24 mo lease incl tax etc., OR 0 dn $485 for 36 mo lease incl tax etc. We called Sal (salesman) Germain and after MANY MANY phone calls on 12/31 and him going back and forth with "finance Mgr"??? It took a couple of hours with all the phone calls...We decided to go to Ft Myers to make sure the numbers on paper were factual. Sal finally called back and offered the car to match the deal from the "Other Dealer" When we received his call that they would accept the same as the "OTHER DEAL" ....we had just arrived at the "Other Dealer".... Once at the "Other Dealer" we were very pleased to find everything was as had been put on the e-mail information. They had given us an honest and straight forward quote, on the very same type ES350 with identical equipment as Germain..we were very pleased. My husband had decided on the way to Ft Myers, if the numbers were true on the ES350 he might want to look at a GS...providing the GS numbers made sense. We actually ended up leasing a GS350 F Sport on a 24 month lease for the price of only ($20 more per month) than Germains original deal for the ES350....WE WERE VERY PLEASED with the GS350 and especially for only 24 month. Germain needs to understand that if they can come off an original quote of $545 down to $485 for the same vehicle overnight, then the purchaser realizes Germain was trying to take the buyer to the cleaners the first go round. UNFORTUNATELY ....WE REALLY WANTED TO STAY WITH GERMAIN DUE TO THEM BEING LOCAL AND our previous relationships...We live in Bonita Springs. Now they have have once again left a very bad taste with a customer who has been LOYAL to them since 2001....Total of 7 Lexus E350's purchased from Germain since 2001....now 2 purchased from other dealers....2013 and now 2015. So much for their loyalty to their customers. More

Lexus beats them all I had been to several dealerships looking for a gently-used convertible. The other luxury car dealers made it seem as if they were doing me a favor to show me cars. Having been a Lexus owner previously, I went to Germain to see what they had that met our needs. The experience was great, The salesman, Hanny Hanein, worked with me to see that I went home with the right car at the right price. Now that I have returned to Lexus, I will never stray again! There is something about Lexus dealerships that makes the whole car buying and maintenance experience so painless, and Germain is no exception. More
