Thorough diagnosis & communication Beverly Coppola was wonderful! She was very quick with the diagnosis & thoroughly explained what it entailed. My needed (and multiple repairs) took Beverly Coppola was wonderful! She was very quick with the diagnosis & thoroughly explained what it entailed. My needed (and multiple repairs) took a few days to complete, due to delays in receiving the parts. However, Beverly put me into a dealership loaner vehicle for the entire time, and kept me informed each day. What a professional! More

I will only take my car to Germain Lexus! This is my 2nd time in Germain in the last 3 weeks. I made a mistake by buying a used Lexus from Carmax. After weeks of fighting with Carmax to put This is my 2nd time in Germain in the last 3 weeks. I made a mistake by buying a used Lexus from Carmax. After weeks of fighting with Carmax to put genuine Lexus brake pads and rotors on my car they finally agreed. I brought my car into Germain Lexus to make sure in fact that the parts were true and genuine Lexus parts. Sure enough they finally were. Beverly Coppola is who had helped me both visits and I couldn't say enough nice and kind words about her. I feel like I've known her for years. She is warm and welcoming and is genuinely concerned about your problem. I from now on will only be taking my car into Germain Lexus for anything and everything!! More
