One of the Lexus dealerships that I dealt with in Toronto, were unable to pick up on recalls, which were picked up by David when the car was brought in for the initial visit for an oil change, in 2014 March. Since that time, I have returned to have the car serviced only with David, because last April 2015, he answered all my questions, and when I returned a 3rd time April 2016, the same attention was given to me. The Germain lexus and the Waterdown Lexus in Boston, are far superior to the Inn on the Park Lexus in Toronto, Canada. More
