Beverly Coppola was great! I brought my 2011 350 RX in for the 30,000 mile service. It's a big one, and although I was prepared for a hefty fee, my car had a few problems (the I brought my 2011 350 RX in for the 30,000 mile service. It's a big one, and although I was prepared for a hefty fee, my car had a few problems (the first for this car) and my bill was considerably more. Beverly was so sympathetic.
