He said it would be done within the hour and he kept his promise with the car being done within the hour. We had our previous RX serviced many times while we wintered in Florida. Courteous and excellent Chuck sold us our car, so we always stop to say hello when we are in for service... he's just a super nice guy. This time Dawn was our service coordinator and did an excellent job. We were just there for an oil change, but turns out we needed the rear shocks replaced and an oil cooler hose swapped for metal tubing. That would take an additional 1 1/2 hours, so they quickly arranged a loaner for us and we could get some errands done while waiting. I'm an older guy and have owned many cars and dealt with many dealers and I would have to say my experience with Germain has been the best of any!!! More

I did not hear NO's Or can'ts like I heard at another Lexus dealer. I have owned a GX 470 for 11 years and knew what I wanted and didn't want. They got me what I wanted.
