Excellent service It was Saturday late morning and the battery of my Lexus died. I called the Naples (Florida) dealership and was told by Svenja if I show up before 2pm It was Saturday late morning and the battery of my Lexus died. I called the Naples (Florida) dealership and was told by Svenja if I show up before 2pm they will take care of me. I did and was met by Dave McKinney who very promptly took care of my problem. He thoroughly checked my service history and found out the battery was still on warranty and quoted me a less than $100 price to change it. One hour later I drove out with a new battery and to my surprise my car was also washed. Dave kept me appraised throughout my visit of the status of my servicing and at the end provided with very specific and helpful information on my new car warranty and gave me his card with both business and cell number to call if I have any problems. We were greeted by Chad Nesselhauf who listened to what we were considering. Chad's product knowledge was remarkable as he explained each vehicle we mentioned. When we narrowed our search and asked to test drive a vehicle Chad once again showed his tremendous knowledge of the vehicle as we drove. Chad made our test drive extremely comfortable as he demonstrated and explained the capabilities of the Nx200t. In less than two hours we saw, listened, drove, and purchased our Nx200t. This has been the single most remarkably pleasant auto purchasing experience of our married life. We drove away in our new Nx200t happy, excited, and so grateful for the wonderful treatment we received from Chad Nesselhauf and Roger Roberts. We have found our niche at Germain Lexus. More
