Above and beyond service I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with Carrie Rickard and the service I received from Germaine Lexus. My experiences with Lexus service have I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with Carrie Rickard and the service I received from Germaine Lexus. My experiences with Lexus service have not always been this positive. They tend to be overly expensive with mediocre results. Here it was an excellent result at no charge. My air conditioner had been working sporadically and the car was hesitating. I had it into three different mechanics with no success. Germain Lexus tested and tightened every wire and since they didn't identify anything concretely wrong, didn't charge me. The car and the air conditioner is running great. I really appreciate it and be assured, my LS460L will never be serviced by anyone other than Germain Lexus. More
