When I entered the Service Department door, Jackson was waiting right there and greeted me immediately. He had a warm and very friendly demeanor. He then went on to explain the services that would be performed that day and the estimated time that would be needed. He then kept me informed of everything that was going on, and he was able to deliver the car back to me about a half hour BEFORE he promised it. Needless to say, he had a "one of a kind" attitude.
