I was provided with a great loaner car as my servicing was to take several hours. Danny Rusinik was fabulous to work with, stated the car problems, readily had a loan car ready and took some extra care. Car was returned clean, same day and is running well. It is not beneath anyone to ask if you want coffee or water and to "check in" with you to see if you need anything. It is a team - never seems like a there is a competitive atmosphere with other employees. Joe Caso has always taken great care of us in his previous role in service and now in his new role.
