On the day I picked up my new car, he set up the blue tooth and went over all the features of the car. He even removed our community gate sticker and beach sticker from my old car and placed them on the new car. A few days after the purchase I received a packet in the mail containing some CD's that I inadvertently left in my old car. That was really above and beyond the call of duty!
