Thanks to Greg Libutti my faith in car sales people was restored. His low key manner, knowledge and diligence in making the sale happen at a price that worked for me made the process easy. On the day I picked up my new car, he set up the blue tooth and went over all the features of the car. He even removed our community gate sticker and beach sticker from my old car and placed them on the new car. A few days after the purchase I received a packet in the mail containing some CD's that I inadvertently left in my old car. That was really above and beyond the call of duty! Greg is a great asset for the sales department. More

No one wants to do it or pay for it but when it comes down to it, it is probably the same as a car payment. If you are going to keep a car in great working order then it needs to be done. Called and scheduled an appointment. The operator was very helpful in explaining what would be done on the vehicle. I live about 40 minutes away so I scheduled it on my way to golf. A loaner car was made available for me. I arrived early and the guys got me right inside. I only waited for John for a few minutes. John went over everything and explained that it would take most of the day to complete. I finished golf and had a message that the Lexus was finished at noon. When I got there the guys loaded my clubs and I talked to Dave for a few minutes since John was at lunch while a very nice receptionist took care of all of the paperwork and I was finished. Germain has always been excellent when it comes to servicing my Lexus. I have no complaints whatsoever. More

The sales person, Lufti Gani, who was recommended to me by a neighbor who also purchased a Lexus, was a pleasure to deal with. After my wife and I decided to purchase a new Lexus, Mr. Gani spent a considerable amount of time explaining how to operate all of the vehicle's functions, including the Navigation system. Since my wife was not able to accompany me when I picked up the vehicle, Mr. Gani took the time to come to my home and explained all the functions to my wife. I highly recommend Mr. Gani to anyone considering the purchase of a Lexus. Mr. Gani also introduced us to the service department staff and explained the additional services of the Platinum Club membership (free car washes, etc). More
