defective dashboard Shawn went to bat for me after my dash start splitting apart. My 2004 RX was always garage kept under 49,000 miles& serviced on schedule...Lexus Corp. Shawn went to bat for me after my dash start splitting apart. My 2004 RX was always garage kept under 49,000 miles& serviced on schedule...Lexus Corp. knew of the defective materials used especially for our high heat climate. I still had to pay half ($$$) for a defective product to be replaced.... Shawn did what he could..he always does...I trust him completely to do his best for me he's been my service manager since my purchase in '04. Dave & John also helped me w/ this ordeal and made it as palatable as a situation like this could be. Germain Lexus folks are always friendly & courteous. More
