An Unexpected But Satisfying Experience My wife and I were just "thinking" of buying or leasing a new car within the next several months to one year. We had heard good things about Lexus fr My wife and I were just "thinking" of buying or leasing a new car within the next several months to one year. We had heard good things about Lexus from friends who have one and we also liked the look of the vehicles from seeing advertisements on TV and in the newspapers. Since we were in the area of your dealership, we stopped in on July 4th, 2014 just ot look around. We really had NO intention of buying or leasing that day. We were greeted promptly and politely by Fred Webley who showed us a beautiful 2014 ES50 Lexus, answered our questions and and took us for a test drive. Fred's friendly nature and sincere interest in helping us and answering our questions about the vehicle and dealership led us to consider leasing or buying an ES50 that day even though that was not our intent upon entering the dealership. After more time explaining things about the vehicle to us and answering more of our questions, Fred provided us with information on the trade-in value of our 2011 Buick Lucerne and provided printouts on the cost of both buying or leasing the vehicle. After some negotiations and give and take between us, an agreement was reached and we leased the car for 3 years. When I asked when we could get the car, I was amazed when Fred said, "In about an hour or so." I had no inkling that I would be driving a new Lexus that day, but I was thrilled that the process could be handled so promptly and efficiently - especially on a holiday when I am sure many of the employees would have liked to get home to celebrate Independence Day with their families and friends. It seems that the customer ALWAYS comes first at Germain Lexus. While we were negotiating with Fred, Roger Roberts came to Fred's cubicle and introduced himself. We would later sit with Roger to do the paperwork on our new vehicle and he was also extremely friendly and efficient in finalizing our transaction. He truly seemed to enjoy dealing with people and satisfying them. He also highly touted the Germain Lexus dealership for its product and service. You could tell that he seemed to enjoy working for the company. As we left to drive our new Lexus home, Trish Cano stopped to congratulate us and give us her card in case we had any further questions or concerns. I hope our relationship with these fine people and others at Germain Lexus continues not only over the next 3 years, but, hopefully, for many years (and cars) into the future. More

The initial pricing of the car was ridiculous, only $7,000 less than a brand new 2015 for a 2012. This initial sticker shock on the used car convinced me that I would be unable to buy from Germain. As the pros they are, they coaxed an offer from me. Then, with much drama, they skillfully extracted another $1320 from my checkbook. I am happy with the deal. Both Joe and Mark did a fantastic theatrical performance about how much Germain had suffered financially by selling me this car. I hope Germain can successfully stay in business after suffering this devastating loss. More

And we were able to agree on pricing without too much difficulty in a professional manner. Our paperwork was done quickly and efficiently by Roger and we had the Zylon coating done and the car looks brand new. We also met Aamir our service contact in the process. More

PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I am happy to say I am a PROUD Lexus owner....This is my first Lexus (RX350) Having purchased many cars in the past, I can honestly say that THIS was I am happy to say I am a PROUD Lexus owner....This is my first Lexus (RX350) Having purchased many cars in the past, I can honestly say that THIS was the MOST enjoyable car buying experience I have ever encountered...From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with the utmost professional service...I was greeted at the door by Mark Mellman....he was the BEST...He was courteous, informative and so very helpful from start to finish...I would give him a 20 on a score of 1-10 ... A Very Pleasant Experience I bought my first Lexus in December and other than the initial dealer prep this was my very first experience with the service department. Carrie Rick I bought my first Lexus in December and other than the initial dealer prep this was my very first experience with the service department. Carrie Rickard greeted me with a big smile shortly after I arrived in the service lounge and asked if I had any problems with the car. I informed her that the car was running beautifully and all I needed was the routine service. She told me that it would take approximately an hour and suggested I have some coffee and something to eat while I waited. She made me feel very special and I really appreciated that. I have owned other luxury cars in the past but was always given the "take a number and wait" routine when I brought the car in for service.
