Once again, I was extremely impressed by the high level of professionalism and quality of service I received during the whole process (and that’s saying a lot, since it takes a lot to impress me). My service advisor and manager, Shawn Chapman, is the most courteous and helpful service manager I’ve ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you’re his most important customer. In other words, he consistently gives you the VIP treatment – and I’m not exaggerating. In a world where this kind of treatment is extremely rare, it’s so nice to be able to experience it at a car dealership in the service department. Over the past five years, my encounters and experiences with Shawn Chapman and Germain Lexus have always left me feeling well taken care of, and a very satisfied customer and loyal Lexus owner. These experiences have also provided me with a sense of assurance, in that I know my car is always in good hands with Germain Lexus. The service to the car was completed ahead of schedule and at exactly the price quoted. I met with Beverly at the time of service completion to review the bill and go over any otrher concerns. Beverly was thouroughly knowlegeable, completely professional and a great person ! After that the car was brought around for pick up and it was all washed and ready to go! Beverly is my "go to" service person. Given the choice, she is my preferred service consultant! More
