Fred Webley showed us the Lexus ES 350 and we test drove it twice. There was no sales pressure at all. We decided to lease a new Lexus ES 350 and Trish Cano was very helpful in that respect. We also spend some time with Dave Camposano (a former Watertown, MA guy) - who explained how the Germain Lexus dealership functions and how the dealership stands behind its vehicle sales. After we leased the vehicle, Fred Webley (our main contact) spent a lot of time bringing us up to speed on all the electronic and safety features in the vehicle and could not have been more helpful to us. Fred even suggested a few XM Satellite radio stations to lock onto which we did and continue to enjoy. Great Experience and hope to have an on-going relationship with Fred and Germain Lexus. More

Sometimes the negociations have taken considerable time and effort but have always been pleasant even if they did not end with an immediate sale. This is compared with a recent sales experience with BMW Naples where we were considering a BMW X-3 that was so unpleasant when an immediate sale was declined by us that we never went back. We consider the both the sales and financial men we had dealings with in this most recent purchase to be both very nice people and very efficient in their positions. More

I was not scheduled for a loaner car and after I described the problem with the brakes, Dave said I am going to get you a loaner car because we may need it for more than a day to fix. He knew I was described the problem with the brakes, Dave said I am going to get you a loaner car because we may need it for more than a day to fix. He knew I was on my way to Naples to work and was thinking ahead of my needs rather than causing me an inconvenience to get the work done. Dave called me at the end of the day to give me a status report on my car and that it would be fixed the next day as soon as they received the part. When the car was fixed Dave called and said it was ready and didn't make me rush over to get my car and return the loaner vehicle - he let me do it later in the day instead. When he told me everything was covered under warranty - I was really happy! Great job Dave! More
