My service was for a complete engine overhaul for a Lexus GS 2006 and it was free. From the man who checked the oil and told me I had barely "none", to Paul Green who handled every thing after that, all was GS 2006 and it was free. Paul told me what had to be done, gave me a time frame for the work, and set me up with the loaner car. I went to Lexus on a whim as the "low engine oil light" would go off and on and thought I just needed oil or that the "red light" was broken.
