My service was for a complete engine overhaul for a Lexus GS 2006 and it was free. From the man who checked the oil and told me I had barely "none", to Paul Green who handled every thing after that, all was GS 2006 and it was free. Paul told me what had to be done, gave me a time frame for the work, and set me up with the loaner car. I went to Lexus on a whim as the "low engine oil light" would go off and on and thought I just needed oil or that the "red light" was broken. Just had my car in last week for a service and Dawn took great care of me as usual. A week later my battery started acting up, should service had checked this when I had the car in for the $ 1,000. The service I received on December 2 was great! I had a nail in my tire and the service team allowed me to bring my car in right away rather than waiting for my regularly scheduled appointment.
