When most people make the decision to visit a car dealership for service or to look for a new car, they get very cautious, skeptical, and nervous about how the experience might go. This is not the ca dealership for service or to look for a new car, they get very cautious, skeptical, and nervous about how the experience might go. This is not the case at Lexus in Naples. Let me tell you about my experience here. I bought a used Lexus RX300 in 2010 (after having a terrible accident and going through bankruptcy) from Lu Gani, who made me feel like I was buying an $80,000 car. he made me feel important. Since then he has stayed in touch with me through both calls and emails, making sure I am happy, and my car is running smoothly. Lu understands having a "customer for life." Each time he reached out to me he said, "Call me anytime you need something." So when the time came for my Lexus to have some major service, I called Lu and not only did he make the initial contact for me with the service manager, Shawn, he also made sure I had a loaner car, and gave Dave McKinney, Service Consultant, a brief introduction of my situation, and was there when I came for my service appointment. Lu was there to greet me and spend a few minutes with me catching up, making sure I had something to drink and I was comfortable. The key thing I want to communicate is this: They made it easy for me to do business with them......and they made me feel like royalty in doing so! What I found is at this dealership they don't care what you spend...it is truly all about customer service, doing the right thing, and treating people with respect and honesty. The princess treatment continued when I met with Dave McKinney. I truly felt like I was his only customer. He took care of me as if we had been life-long friends! He understood my situation, was very empathetic, listened to me, and made recommendations on the somewhat overwhelming list of work I should get completed! Again, Dave understands "customer for life". He made me feel confident, gave me peace of mind I was doing the right thing, and gave me the royal treatment - one example was by allowing me the privilege of driving an amazing Lexus LS loaner car. WOW what an experience. He trusted me to take care of it and that was a good feeling. I truly enjoyed being there! As a result of working with these 2 guys, I was confident I was in the right place, making the right decisions - it was almost hard to leave! During the follow up when I picked up my car, Dave explained everything to me and made sure I was completely comfortable and confident. He made it easy for me to spend $1600 which is a lot of money for a single gal on her own, who just bought a house! :-) He really reinforced to me I was doing the right thing in every conversation. His way of communicating makes you feel calm, and confident you are in the right place - and reinforces you are doing the right thing. Dave and Lu both are awesome and I am just so pleased and amazed at how well I was treated! It makes me want to come back again and again and tell EVERYONE about my experience! Which I already have. Professionals and businesses could learn a tremendous amount about customer service from folks like Lu and Dave! They get it! And how refreshing is that....I look forward to my next visit! I feel like I have friends there watching out for me. Thank you Dave and Lu!! PS Did I mention I drove form Cape Coral simply because of the service? More
It was to be a simple service, but the Nave update stopped in the middle for unknown reason. Shawn got me a loaner car and my wife and I were able to go to lunch and another appointment while the upd stopped in the middle for unknown reason. My first experience with Germaine. Purchased car from private party 5 months ago in FL & drove home to MA & returned here in need of oil change. Called your service, spoke with Dawn regarding red light private party 5 months ago in FL & drove home to MA & returned here in need of oil change. Called your service, spoke with Dawn regarding red light light on in vehicle, she solved my problem & set up appt for rolling day. I was given a loaner. She called when vehicle was ready at the time I was told it would be ready. It was a very positive experience & vehicle will remain in Naples & I will return for service. Thank you Pat Grady More
One can say many things when it comes dealers and not necessarily always good. In this case I must say that the phrase "Outstanding Service" falls short for this dealer and their team. I've never felt so welcome or been given so much attention, they really listen and pay attention to every little detail. Not only was the service excellent, but they make you feel as if they've known you always... like family. I just relocated from NY and needed an affordable and reliable truck for my husband to work with and pronto! That's exactly what I received, a beautiful Toyota Sequoia, in great shape, low miles and awesome price, this truck will definitely be with us for a very long time. My husband and I are not only happy with our purchase but are very grateful for the outstanding work that Trish Cano, Mike Lawson, Vince Marcantonio and Steve Duran (love this guy) put in for us from the bottom of our hearts Thank You.
