As always, my service contact at Germain last Thursday was excellent. I was professionally and courteously greeted upon my arrival. After being directed to the concierge area, almost immediately, Scott Jo was excellent. I was professionally and courteously greeted upon my arrival. After being directed to the concierge area, almost immediately, Scott Joiner, my service rep, greeted me and reviewed the service to be performed. And asked if there was anything else to be done. He said he’d be back as soon as the service was completed. Less than an hour later Scott came out to say the service had been performed, and the car was washed. He checked me out, and I was on my way, with my vehicle waiting for me outside. Germain is an outstanding dealership, and they are fortunate to have Scott Joiner, and others like him. Many thanks.
