I have just purchased a Lexus RX from this dealership. I live in the UK but have a home in Naples . I then visited the dealership with no appointment having been made and despite them being busy Mike and Brent Robertson looked after me very well and arranged a test drive on the spot. I like communicating via e-mail and cell-phone, and he was happy to do both. Trish Cano was the sales manager and she was also great to work with. Finally, the service department at Germain Lexus is by far the best that I have ever dealt with since I started driving in 1977. And although my personal service guy, John, is a Dolphins Fan, I still like working with him. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced at Germain Lexus so that I can joust with John about the Jets and the Dolphins. :) More

Shawn is a great person to work with. He is always pleasant and answers my questions in an easy way for me to understand. I have dealt with other people at this agency who are not as pleasant and do n pleasant and answers my questions in an easy way for me to understand. I have dealt with other people at this agency who are not as pleasant and do not have his patience. When I first bought my 2007 LS460 I had a problem with the front end pulling to the right. The first person said there did not seem to be a problem. Then the Zoneman came in town and said that I had replaced the tires with the wrong type and therefore nothing could be done. Shawn reseached the problem further and found that yes others had had the same problem. Some parts were replaced and now the problem is mostly fixed. Thanks to his persistance I have been very pleased with this car and the way he helped me. I always ask for Shawn and he takes good care of me. More

Five years ago i experienced unfavorable relations with this dealership...however, due to persistent, efficient, and caring management and service personnel i completly changed my thinking. I went to get a tire fixed and left with a new (to me) Lexus SUV (used).....this is a vehicle i wanted five years ago, and although i only intended to fix a tire on my previous Lexus, i ended up driving out with the "car of my dreams"....with most special thanks to Lu Gani, Miguel Perez...and yur most wonderful service mgr. Shawn (?) For the past five years your people have made me almost feel like "family" and i look forward to going there because of them! What could have turned into a long-time negative impression of both Lexus as well as this particular deaalership, has been completely, drastically turned around. I credit this change to the wonderful people you have employed there. I feel that they are honest, reliable, sincere, and loyal to their customers.
