I came in with a dead battery and Joe Cosa took me immediately. He explained what was going to happen, arranged for transportantion home and review the work that was done when I returned. Shawn Chapman is the Service Manager we have dealt with over the last ten years. This continuity has allowed us to be assured that we will get prompt and professional service every time we need it. We recently took our SC430 in for an oil change, but Shawn went further and did a safety inspection which showed we had some very dangerous tires on the rear of the car. Instead of setting up another service appointment, he provided us with a loaner car, and had everything resolved by the next afternoon. This is the kind of service that we have come to expect from Shawn and Lexus of Naples. It is this excellent service that keeps us coming back. More
