I originally went into the Germain Lexus dealership to pursue a purchase of a certified pre-owned 2008 Lexus IS 250 with low miles. He was kind enough to mention that since one of my main concerns was mileage that they were aggressively pricing 2010 IS 250's as the 2011's were replacing them. Brent did an excellent job finding a win-win for the dealership and for me - I needed one with low mileage (can't get much lower than 10 miles) and the dealership wanted to replace the 2010's with 2011's on the lot. The price was very aggressive, and I purchased the 2010 IS 250 the same day. They would've undoubtedly profited more if they sold me the certified pre-owned vehicle, but Brent successfully combined my needs with that of the dealership. This was undoubtedly my best car-buying experience. The people at Germain Lexus of Naples were incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to help without the "salesiness" one often experiences with other makes. More

At the time I was driving a new 2010 Premium RX350 that I bought new in December of 2009 in New Jersey. I stopped in this dealer to see if the new 2011 RX350 were in. I had been to several other Naples and Fort Myers dealerships prior to coming to Germain Lexus and was thoroughly dissappointented in the way I was treated. As a young consumer I was not viewed as a dealerships prior to coming to Germain Lexus and was thoroughly dissappointented in the way I was treated. As a young consumer I was not viewed as a serious buyer and felt as if I was bothering the sales representatives. Frank Smith at Germain Lexus came out with a smile at 6:55 on a Tuesday when I showed up, unknowingly 5 min. before close. I originally was in the market for a used small vehicle that was sporty, yet safe. Frank lead me over to the IS 250 and I fell in love. We test drove the vehicle and it confirmed my decission. Although, I liked the specific vehicle I test drove, it didn't quite have all the features I was looking for. Instead of the typical "sell what you have on the lot" attitude most dealerships have, Frank assured me he and the staff at Germain Lexus would keep their eyes out for the perfect car for me. I returned that Saturday, during business hours, and ended up leasing a 2010 Lexus IS250 with all the features I was looking for, including navigation. Frank and the staff at Germain helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a price I could more than afford. With Germain Lexus including free oil changes, car washes, and an amazing welcome packet full of goodies; I was more than pleased with my decision.
