The salesmen that I worked with were knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. Many car dealerships create an adversarial atmosphere between customer and salesperson. This was not the case in the past, and continued to be a good experience this time as well. Adding to this, Germain's Service Department is exceptional and we have always been treated very well here, whether for routine maintenance or if there was some kind of problem with the vehicle. It is literally a pleasure doing business with Germain Lexus. From Sales, Financing, and Service - it is all world-class top-notch quality. My salesman, Chuck Koenig was great. I like communicating via e-mail and cell-phone, and he was happy to do both. Trish Cano was the sales manager and she was also great to work with. Finally, the service department at Germain Lexus is by far the best that I have ever dealt with since I started driving in 1977. And although my personal service guy, John, is a Dolphins Fan, I still like working with him. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced at Germain Lexus so that I can joust with John about the Jets and the Dolphins. :) More
