Outstanding service from Scott Ferling & Eddie Vasco. My key fob was sent to Germain in Naples from Rohrich in Pittsburgh. I spend the winter in Naples. With very poor service from Rohrich, I was able My key fob was sent to Germain in Naples from Rohrich in Pittsburgh. I spend the winter in Naples. With very poor service from Rohrich, I was able to have my fob programmed at Germain in a very timely fashion. My experience at Rohrich was not satisfactory with very little response from them regarding the second key fob . At delivery of my Lexis from Rohrich I was not informed that my second key fob was not included at the time of the sale and would be 8 months until I would receive it.
