It was a fairly busy day but after my test drive with Paul, Cary took all the time we needed to review the car, get our phones connected to the infotainment system and the lexus app as well as any other features available in our new car. What usually feels like a painful drawn out process at other dealers, was more of a refined and well curated introduction to our new vehicle. Cary really helped us understand ALL of the features available and made sure any questions we had were answered before we left. The Mark Levinson stereo system is incredibly articualte and sharing a passion for music, Cary and I were able to dial it in exactly to my liking. In addition to Cary and Paul, Trish Cano took the time to help us value our trade in and back into a number we were comfortable paying for the TX350. She even took a few moments to spend some time with my 1 year old son who was excited to show her all of the cars and decorations around the dealer. Michelle Linglet helped us understand all financing options available to us as well as understanding the maintenance and wear and tear we can expect on the car having little kids. We had a 5 star experience and truly appreciated the level of detail the entire team took to ensure we knew exactly what to expect with our new vehicle and why it was the best fit for us.
