I came in to look for a used Lexus, just look! Kathleen Chandler was the first person we met and was our sales person. She showed me a beautiful 2021 Lexus NX , she could tell that I really like Kathleen Chandler was the first person we met and was our sales person. She showed me a beautiful 2021 Lexus NX , she could tell that I really liked the car but was having trouble with the small icons and controls, she immediately showed us the 2024 Lexus 250 we really liked that one more. However they were both tempting. We really had just started looking. After some negotiation she was able to give us figures on both cars, with no pressure from her we left the dealership to think about it. I immediately called the next morning to say we wanted the new one. I forgot to mention she found the color i wanted and it arrived on their lot in 4 days. A big part of the reason I bought from Kathleen Chandler is she put no pressure on us, I felt comfortable dealing with her. At closing she had everything ready to go and help keep us comfortable during the process. She is very nice, a real asset to Germain Lexus of Naples. More
