Dealt with RICHARD JOINER at Naples Lexus. I was having trouble with my car unsure of what was wrong with it. I took it to another mechanic first and I still had the same problem, so I ended I was having trouble with my car unsure of what was wrong with it. I met with Mr. Joiner and he kept me in the loop going back and forth with the service department the whole time and told me all of my options. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
