Germain Lexus of Naples

My car’s battery died on. Saturday around 6 pm. The leased car was under warranty. I waited till Monday when the dealership opened. Called AAA and they jumped the battery and Saturday around 6 pm. The leased car was under warranty. I waited till Monday when the dealership opened. Called AAA and they jumped the battery and it started. Drove to Germain Lexus in Naples on Monday morning. They took my car in and fixed the problem. I had to rent a car for Sunday as my son was visiting from Columbus and we were without a car with the dead battery. I sent an email to the Service Consultant Rick Brown documenting this and requested reimbursement of the car rental cost. I have not received a response still! This is not what I expect from Germain Lexus. More

I took my car in for service on 3/21/22 was given a loaner that smelled like someone smoked in it regularly! I informed my service advisor when I went to pick up my car and she said she would let a man loaner that smelled like someone smoked in it regularly!
