I purchased 2010 Lexus 460LS with 58k miles and had the car shipped to me. When I first started the car, I could feel vibration thru the steering column and driver's seat. I immediately took the car to local Lexus dealer and was told the car needed new motor mounts, a $3k repair. I contacted Germain and Cary Vhugen a 'Master Certified Lexus Client Advisor'. He said he and his manager, Shawn Chapman, drove the car and didn't notice anything. I sent Germain Lexus the local Lexus Dealer service report and asked how they could help with the needed repairs. I got a reply the General Sales Manager, James Koser, said the car was sold 'as is' and they would do nothing to help me. I have bought over a dozen cars over the internet and this is the first time I got a bad car from an internet car purchase. Be very vigilant when dealing with Germain Lexus of Naples. More
