I’ve been a Lexus owner since 1998. It’s the only brand of vehicle I’ve owned. I’ve owned everything from the CT, to the LX. I’ve taken pride in the engineering and reliability of the brand. However, the craftsmanship of the interior has taken a giant step in the wrong direction. I purchased a 2018 premium RX instead of a new 2022 because the new interiors lack the quality of previous years. LU Gani, is an excellent salesman and down to earth person. He doesn’t exaggerate or stretch niceties. The only drawback with the latest purchase was pet hair in the certified pre- owned vehicle. Lu immediately sent it to service to expediently fix the issue.
