I had some issues with a previous service advisor and spoke to the GM. He had Beverly Coppola work with me and she is excellent! She's friendly and very efficient and took care of my car and got the is spoke to the GM. He had Beverly Coppola work with me and she is excellent! I was working with the other person for 6 months and he never called me back and didn't follow up on the part, etc. I was so frustrated I wanted to just trade my car in.
