Emergency Repairs I ran over a hard to see curb in a mall and blew two tires and damaged an axle boot. This happened at 5 pm in the afternoon. First, AAA was great. They got a tow truck to me in less than a half hour which towed my 2015 RX 350 to Germain. We were greeted by Jackson Kirby who was professional and efficient. He was on duty until 7 pm which was a Godsend. He assessed the damage and let me know that the car would take a or too to fix. I had a very nice Lexus Sedan loaner which allowed me to function normally the next day. Jackson gave my husband an estimate for the work which was okayed. Expecting the car to be unavailable for two days, I was pleasantly surprised when Jackson texted that the car was ready mid-afternoon the following day. A very good experience. More
