Everything felt very straightforward and fair while negotiating. The paperwork and finance were also quick and easy after doing a credit app online before going to pick up the car. There were a few small hiccups with financing and paperwork but between Donovan and Jeremy in the finance department we were able to resolve them quickly. Donovan and everyone I’ve spoken to has been kind, and communicative, in addition to responding quickly when I had questions or concerns. If you are looking for a new car soon I would recommend stopping at Germain Mazda and asking for Donovan. More

I left my 2025 CX-50 to diagnose a clicking sound in the front end when turning. The appt was a Tuesday AM. I was never called and on Friday, service admitted it was not even looked at.
