I bought a 2025 CX30 in July. First off they did the title wrong and it has my co-signers name on it and they are blaming the bank saying the bank required it. Spoke to the bank said nope the dealership didn’t have to do it that way. 2nd I paid $1000 extra for the ceramic (that I later found out already came in it) but if you pay the $1000 they will fix ANY chips. Oh ok great! Well a week after I got my car I got a chip. They scheduled to get it fix and then it got canceled. They never called me to reschedule. I called my salesman 3weeks later and he said he’d call me back! Do you think he has yet?!?! NOPE!!! How am I supposed to refer ppl here when after I bought the car I’ve been treated like this. Oh did I mention their title lady hung up on me twice and was supposed to call me too but never did. Come to find out she said “it’s not her job” when she was supposed to have new paperwork sent to me to sign for a new white title. Soooo how do I recommend ppl? After we’ve bought 3 cars here? Customer Service rep Laura had done a great job of assisting me with finding the best date for my auto inspection after discussing the problems I was experiencing. At the appointment, Toni did an excellent job of listing to my concerns and providing detailed updates about the inspection findings for my vehicle. A few things were in need of repair, so we reviewed the findings and scheduled a day and time for me to return the car to Germain for repairs. Not a long wait for the inspection. I recently purchased a car from Germain Mazda on Morse Road, and I have to say—this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I initially contacted Sales manager David who connected me with Road, and I have to say—this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I initially contacted Sales manager David who connected me with my salesman, Domenyk right away. Domenyk was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Over the course of three days, Domenyk and David were calm, patient, and incredibly supportive as I weighed my options between leasing and buying. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and Domenyk took his time to understand what was most important to me. He laid out every option clearly, making sure I felt confident in my decision. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, everything was perfect—my car was spotless, freshly waxed, had a bow on it, and was completely ready to go. Domenyk walked me through EVERY feature and setting, made sure I had everything set up (including Apple Car play and the Mazda app), and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt set up for success. I left feeling excited, supported, and 100% satisfied. I also feel confident knowing I can reach out to him any time if I have questions down the road.
