I bought a 2025 CX30 in July. First off they did the title wrong and it has my co-signers name on it and they are blaming the bank saying the bank required it. Spoke to the bank said nope the dealership didn’t have to do it that way. 2nd I paid $1000 extra for the ceramic (that I later found out already came in it) but if you pay the $1000 they will fix ANY chips. Oh ok great! Well a week after I got my car I got a chip. They scheduled to get it fix and then it got canceled. They never called me to reschedule. I called my salesman 3weeks later and he said he’d call me back! Do you think he has yet?!?! NOPE!!! How am I supposed to refer ppl here when after I bought the car I’ve been treated like this. Oh did I mention their title lady hung up on me twice and was supposed to call me too but never did. Come to find out she said “it’s not her job” when she was supposed to have new paperwork sent to me to sign for a new white title. Soooo how do I recommend ppl? After we’ve bought 3 cars here?
