If I were to buy another Mazda, it would be at this dealership; however, my trading for another CX5 in the future is unlikely ( 0.0% probability ). Mazda has: 1. Replaced the former TomTom navigation system with a proprietary system that has no useful customization features (i.e. voices, language, graphics), is crude in appearance and utilizes one radio speaker. 2. The INFOTAINMENT system is 'pretty', but is a joke, much more effort is required to obtain the same results as the former 'stand-alone screens'. 3. Gas mileage is consistently 24 m.p.g. no matter what driving conditions or terrain. I was very pleased with the sales transaction if not the product. More

Also laughed at me and spoke in a condescending way to me when I told him the symptoms of what was wrong with my car and told me a car couldn't do that, only to find out from the technician that indeed yes, that is exactly what goes wrong when this part fails. Unethical, condescending, person who liaisons with customers does not know much about cars, and they are careless with paperwork. More

I wanted to keep my purchase local, Germain Mazda was willing to meet that expectation. Terry spent three hours with us, sharing information and listening to our requests. In the end, some accommodation by both parties sealed the deal. Terry was thorough throughout the process. He was pleasant, as were all the Germain Mazda folks, making the buying experience very low key. A morning well spent. More

I had done my homework re fair market pricing online at home and intended to visit more than one dealership, if necessary, to find the right car at a fair market cost. I fell in love with the Mazda 3 during a test drive and didn't need to go anywhere else. I'm very happy with the car and don't think I could have made a better deal anywhere. Bo and Damon Shorterage went over all the important features of the car and made sure I felt comfortable with the basics of driving it. Bo even synched my iPhone to the Bluetooth feature before I headed for home and added a couple favorites to the radio. This was my first "solo" car-buying experience, and the entire staff at Germain Mazda made it a pleasant one! More

I worked with Rusty Wilson primarily, then Tim Nilsen and Damon Shorterage. The team was great to work with, I never felt pressured or intimidated to agree to anything I was uncomfortable with. They answered all of my questions and negotiating the terms of the sale went smoothly. On a side note, I was in desperate need of allergy medicine while I was at the dealership. While the new car was getting ready, Rusty made a trip to a nearby CVS to pick up Benadryl for me. Super appreciative, and a great example of how Rusty treats customers. Will remember and won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
