My first impression of Rusty was his knowledge and timely responses to any question my dad and I had about any car we inquired about in the lot, which was about 4 or 5, and he genuinely made sure that that we were taken care of. The day I came in to pick up my car and drive it off the lot really resonated with me. Rusty went through the features of the car and was very thorough and specific with what to pay attention to, how to know if there's a problem with the car and some of the electronic features. I really admired Rusty's passion in his voice when we talked about life for a good 30-45 min, his helpfulness and accessibility throughout the entire car buying process, and even how he revered where I was going in life. I enjoyed being Brittany's "guinea pig" as the dealership employees were grooming her to be able to handle the finance/paperwork of the car buying process and being one of her peers and related to her while going through additional coverage packages and signing all of the paperwork created a laid back, but productive environment. Lastly, Sonny was the ultimate professional stepping in when needed to further elaborate any specific contractual terms and made sure that there were no surprises when finalizing all of the paperwork. Regarding the dealership as a whole I was appreciative of how proactive they were in verifying what rebates I was eligible for and I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that my monthly payment had decreased by almost $20 when the dealership found that I was eligible for more rebates. All in all, I honestly could not have been happier with my car buying experience at Germain Mazda. They definitely took care of me and made sure that I knew every last detail of what came with the car and the money side of the deal. My dad and uncle were there when I was finalizing everything for my car, but they wound up going across the street to get something to eat because this dealership gave me more than enough confidence to handle most, if not all of the process by myself due to their thoroughness, elaboration, and attention to detail. I can't thank Rusty, Sonny, and Brittany enough for all they did for me. More
Great experience / Sales Person Brittany Lyons is the best I bought a CX5 at Germain Mazda. Buying cars in the past has always been a hassle, in fact I had a 2007 RAV4 even though I love a new car because I h I bought a CX5 at Germain Mazda. Buying cars in the past has always been a hassle, in fact I had a 2007 RAV4 even though I love a new car because I hate the buying experience. In the case of Germain, specifically Brittany Lyons it was a quick and easy experience. From just wanting a test drive to financing and out the door it was easy, fun and relaxing. When I left the with my new car there was no trying to figure it out....Brittany had explained everything clearly making the drive home a great experience. I love my new car and would recommend Germain and Brittany to everyone and anyone....great, great, great experience. More

The only downside was that the process was long and tedious, but they tried to make it was painless as possible. Review of Germain Mazda of Columbus and Rusty Wilson I saw a used car advertised on Car Guru. When I called to ask about the car, I was put on hold and the woman didn't come back. I then called again a I saw a used car advertised on Car Guru. When I called to ask about the car, I was put on hold and the woman didn't come back. I then called again and spoke to Rusty Wilson. The car was a trade-in and hadn't arrived yet at the dealership. Rusty said he would check into it and call me back. It was there soon after and I told Rusty I would come in to look at it. When I arrived, he was busy with a customer, but he had the car at the front and running. Since, I was purchasing this for my daughter, Rusty went out of his way and drove the car to my daughter's apartment so she could see it before she went to work. She took a test drive and did like the car. He said they would rush the car into inspection and also look at her old car to give appraisal. The car needed new tires and some other work. Although the work was expensive, they honored the price listed on Car Guru. Rusty worked hard to get us the car as soon as possible and went out of his way to bring the paperwork to my home. He also told my daughter if she couldn't get her car started (problems in rain), he would go to her to get it started. Both my daughter and I were very impressed with Rusty. He was respectful, kind, hard-working and knowledgeable. He did not have the typical "car salesman" demeanor. The managers (both used and new car) as well as other employees were very friendly and courteous. Best car buying experience ever! More

Exceeded all my expectations Brittany is a wonderful sales person. We probably visited 10 different dealerships 3 different Mazda dealerships and Brittany and the staff at Germain were far and away more professional than any other dealership we went to. It was a car buying experience never fun no matter how you look at it but they made it enjoyable!! More
