Not once did they question my choice or try to sell me something else - which is what Byers did...Ricart didn't seem the least bit interested in my business. The guys asked for my business and stood behind that. As a woman, many people told me to bring a man. Not necessary at this dealership; respect is their priority and they earned mine in return. Germain Mazda employs people who are honest, caring, and enjoy what they do. I anticipate that my future interactions with Terry and the other staff will be positive as well (so much so that less than 24 hours after buying my car I have already confidently recommended them to a friend.) More

Although a deal did not materialize right away, he let me know about a new financing offer the following month that saved me some money. He is definitely the opposite of that kind of person who would do anything to trick you into buying their cars! Everything is transparent and honest. Damon was also nice and helpful. Manager Sonny Sosniak was friendly as well. He came to greet when I came in. When I met him, for some reason I could see the resemblance between him and Channing Tatum lol! You spend hours browsing different dealerships and models, then still worry about whether or not you're making the right decision. I know people that have driven Mazda vehicles, and all of them highly recommended getting one. I spent the week leading up to the day I purchased the vehicle online discussing options with Bo Stranzin, one of the sales associates at Germain. So, I finally decided to purchase another vehicle. My family and I were greeted at the door by Bo Stranzin. He welcomed my family like he had known us for the last twenty years. An appointment had been made a couple days prior to view the car I was interested in, a 2013 Mazda 6. Mr. Stranzin had the vehicle ready and we almost immediately went out for test drive. Bo Stranzin did an excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle and made some good conversation about the area, my family and I not from the Columbus area. After the test drive we heading back to the dealership. Next, came the part we all enjoy, cost. While initially the vehicle was outside of the price of what I was willing to pay, who really wants to pay more then they have to pay? There were no pressure sales techniques used, Mr. Stranzin asked what price we thought was fair. Then Mr. Stranzin spoke with the GM at Germain, Mr. Sonny Sosniak, and after a few conversations we were able to come to terms on a price. Neither Mr. Stranzin nor Mr. Sosniak attempted to pressure me into buying the vehicle at a price I wasn't comfortable. After a price was reached I then moved into the financial office with Mr. Damon Shorterage. He did an excellent job explaining the contract terms and warranties for my vehicle. It was a short visit in the financial office, but Mr. Shorterage was professional and friendly. Bo Stranzin meet us at the door on our way out and thanked us, it was like saying goodbye to a friend. It was a great experience overall. I was able to get the vehicle I liked at the price I wanted. If you are interested in a Mazda, I would recommend going to Germain Mazda and ask for Bo Stranzin. More
