Great deal, Great Guy For me this was a long and difficult search. I had been looking for an FJ cruiser for nearly 3 months before the one here at Germain Mazda showed up. For me this was a long and difficult search. I had been looking for an FJ cruiser for nearly 3 months before the one here at Germain Mazda showed up. For me I was looking for price and value of the car, less concerned than what the trip would be to get exactly what I wanted. I first contacted Terry asking him if he could provide me some pictures of the frame and body. I was worried about rust on the frame and body of the car. I have asked a few dealers to do this for me and got limited results. when I asked Terry I was surprised 30 minutes later I got 10 or so pictures of the under side of the vehicle from it up on a lift. Giving me a good Idea what the car has gone through and what condition it was in. And for that it was in great condition. Terry was also understanding that I couldn't just drive down immediately to see the car and help my Uncle who I had asked to test drive it for me to take a ride to test to see if everything was all good. and it was the car was nearly spot less. That weekend I decided to make the trip a grueling 260 mile drive in heavy snow fall and poor roads. When I got there the vehicle was spotless, looked great ran great and was in next to new condition. Terry was there the whole way helping to make sure that I got what I was looking for and at the right price. The meeting and paperwork were also quite painless as well, especially after 7 hours of miserable highway driving and the anticipation of a return journey of the same length and grade. When it was all said an done the team at Germain mazda did a great job. They were not to pushy with the sales, went above and beyond to help me with my situation, and made the final steps as easy and painless as they could. All in all I would recommend Terry Or any one else at the Germain Mazda team for any one looking for a good car. More

For some people it might border on being pushy and I did spend several hours at the dealership when I simply wanted a quote. However in the end I am glad I made the decision to buy from them as they really do want to take care of you as a customer and make sure you have everything you need throughout the process. They were willing to match a quote that I received at another dealer and along with their free servicing at specific milestones it made the choice easy. They had a good selection of inventory and were very knowledgeable. More
