I originally went to the Nissan dealership next door. After walking around their lot for 20 minutes and nobody coming out to help me, I decided to go to Germain Mazda next door. He simply wanted to make sure I understood everything. During the process I met the sales person, service manager, finance manager, and general manager. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there by Stephanie, the salesperson, who asked pertinent questions, listened to what a was looking for in a car and found the exact car I needed for my job.
