I am a first time car buyer and I chose to buy from Germain because of their longevity in the business. After doing some research I wanted to look more into Mazdas and filled out the contact us sectio Germain because of their longevity in the business. After doing some research I wanted to look more into Mazdas and filled out the contact us section on Germain Mazda's website. Tim, the manager, emailed me back that night asking what model of car was I looking for and when I could come by. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there by Stephanie, the salesperson, who asked pertinent questions, listened to what a was looking for in a car and found the exact car I needed for my job. She had a great open line of communication and was all around very helpful and knowledgable. Also, the staff at Germain Mazda were not arrogant "boys club" car people. They were all friendly and down to earth and made you feel welcome, without being smarmy. More
