I don't like doing this, but after 2 weeks of being xxxxxx around, not being able to get an answer where my check is for a car I sold Germain, I'm done waiting. They've already listed the car for sale on their website, yet they also claim to me they haven't received the title from the title office and, due to that, they can't pay me the money they owe me. What the actual xxxx? First off, I should have been paid when I left, but if you don't own the car, since you supposedly don't have the title for the car yet and can't give me my money you owe me for the car, how can you sell the car? Good luck getting anyone actually on the phone, as well. So far, I've tried calling on multiple days, and twice have I actually managed to get ahold of the used cars manager, one of those times, he decided to transfer me to someone else who never answered. If this is the way that Germain decides to treat a customer that not only has gotten multiple cars from them but has also referred new customers to them, then I guess it's time for me to find a new dealership to work with. This is absolutely ridiculous. Note: This is not a review about Rusty Wilson who I worked with directly on the sale of my car, but instead the used cars department management. Rusty was great and easy to work with. More
Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during the initial contact and test drive. Once we started to talk about pricing, things went south quickly. They did not have the exact color I wanted but said they could easily get it and it would not cost me any extra for them to locate and obtain the vehicle. When the subject of pricing came up, they started playing a lot of games and were not straight with me. So, I found the vehicle at Byers and got a straight-forward price from them via email, and did the paperwork via email and phone on a Friday. Picked up the car the following Monday. More

Not at all what it used to be. My lease was up again on my third Mazda so I went back, the only person I recognized was Tim Nilsen. I had Carlos Whye for a salesperson and I got nothing but the run around for 3 1/2 hours. I never even test drove a car, we didn't get that far. I wanted a lease and it was clear that Carlos was trying to sway me to purchase by giving me lease prices that were $200.00 more a month than I am paying now. I had no intention to purchase and I could see this was nothing but a game. I had I finally had to walk out. Bad sales management without a doubt. More

Sketchy Dealer I made the mistake of leasing a car from Germain Mazda of Columbus. I could never get them to provide the second set of keys. When I contacted the Man I made the mistake of leasing a car from Germain Mazda of Columbus. I could never get them to provide the second set of keys. When I contacted the Manager, Tim Nilsen, he simply ignored me and refused to respond. Fortunately, I had Mazda Capital Services make note of Germain’s incompetence. When I did finally return the lease, Germain tried to charge for the missing key. Tim and his team claimed they would have made it right, but now that the car had been returned (by them), they couldn’t. But they would be more than happy to help ‘ease the burden’ on the purchase of another car. I didn’t buy my next car from them. I’ll never buy another Germain car again. There are plenty of better rated Mazda dealers nearby (Jake Sweeney, Byers and Ricart) that won’t try to con you like Germain and it’s terrible manager, Tim. More
