The GM Corey Chaffin did the right thing by me and took care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. Due to repeated visits for same problem, it was decided to loan me a car so they could thoroughly investigate the problem. Although it was at the dealer for 6 days, I did have transportation and the proble to loan me a car so they could thoroughly investigate the problem.
