David at the Nissan dealership was wonderful to work - jillymac1969

David at the Nissan dealership was wonderful to work with. He made the buying experience pleasurable. As well as Nick in finance department. I cannot say enough about how well both of them made this experience easy and enjoy. This was best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Great job done to David and Nick. It was a pleasure working with both of them.

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal - Shaun R Marolt

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. We purchased our Nissan, new, at this dealership and had a great experience. But once we started servicing our Rogue here it was quite the opposite. Long wait times were the norm, mysterious damage to our vehicle such as a dent in the quarter panel next to the hood, that wasn't there before. Oil leaking from the drain plug on multiple servicing's, they would never change the crush washer on the drain plug. And just recently my windshield came back cracked. When i questioned it the service manager told me it was a rock chip and things happen. Don't worry was his response, your comprehensive will cover the damage. Meaning someone else will pay, just not us. I had no proof, so $200.00 later i have a new windshield and will NEVER use this dealership again or recommend!!!

I purchased a used Pre*owned certified Nissan from Nissan - lonnie_james_reynolds

I purchased a used Pre*owned certified Nissan from Nissan North and shortly after purchased the transmission failed. Though they replaced the part since the car was under 60K I am deeply disappointed in the Quality of the vehicle and service of this dealership and manufacture. The dealerships pre*own certified sales are very low currently and for the consumers sake let's hope it stays that way. Move on to another dealership for good quality service and cars. Thank you for reading my review. This is my first one on this platform and I hope it helps Dad's like me trying to purchase a car for their 16-year-old daughter. The current state of the car is it vibrates like you are sitting on a washing machine. Due to my experience, I wouldn't purchase a new vehicle from Nissan North based on the low quality of their service and how they treat the customer. I hope this teaches the dealership to treat your customers right and sale good quality cars for once.

To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an - TMAC 70

To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an understatement!! I was hoping to purchase a new Frontier Pro4X. Dan Henshaw is not a man of his word plain and simple. Matt Pugh Executive Manager never called me to discuss. I would stay away from making an out of town purchase from them. My credit score I see from TransUnion is 75 points higher than the report they pulled! I offered to have my wife co sign who has stellar credit but Dan Henshaw told me they really don’t want the deal and there are too many “Red Flags” on my file and they simply don’t want to do the deal on their truck. My reviews like this are seen by thousands of people. My wife and Son already have 18 month leases on these beautiful trucks. If you would like help securing one for yourself I am in the business and there are dealers willing to work with you and your credit situation. If I can help I am the Executive VP for EasyLease Automotive Lease. Both of my leases were secured for under $500 down and $500 per month (with approved NMAC) credit. The buy rate on the lease is currently .00305 and the residual is 95%. If I can answer any questions please call me directly 2145488200.
