Lazy salesman or just could care less. Had to beg him to call me back several times. Strung me along for the past week and was suppose to call me back on Friday and still has not. The staff was very friendly and the product specialist did everything to help me out. He had the majority of the paperwork done before I got there so I didn't have to be there longer than necessary. I was in for my oil change on my 2010 Cube and I saw the fully loaded 2013. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable & quick to fill me in on all of the upgrades in the newer model. Matt listened to our needs and made suggestions on how we could get my wife out of her uncomfortable car to an upgraded Cube. Matt made everything easy and a seamless upgrade. Salesman replied to online looking by phone. Salesman did all he could to get us there & make us happy with our choice of vehicles, color and selection of a vehicle. Believe they could have done a better job all he could to get us there & make us happy with our choice of vehicles, color and selection of a vehicle. Believe they could have done a better job on giving a ball park monthly cost for the other vehicles we looked at. None was given on the other three we looked at except total price and that they would be cheaper. More
