We saw a posting for a used Mazda 6 at an incredible price. We made a phone call and were able to talk to someone about the car. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Germain Nissan. I originally went in for service on a 2011 Juke, with which I was VERY unhappy- actually, it was more along the lines of "HATE"... b Germain Nissan. The team at Germain bent over backwards to keep me as a customer, working with me to trade in the Juke for a much more suitable vehicle for my driving habits- a 2012 Altima. My sales associate, Mike Banton, was as wonderful as he was when I purchased the Juke 6 months previously. I did not feel embarrassed or disrespected for wanting to get rid of the Juke. Between Michael and the finance team, they worked out a deal I was satisfied with, given the depreciation of the Juke. The respect, friendliness, professionalism and hard work of the ENTIRE Germain team- starting with the service department that morning, then on to Michael Banton's desire to keep me as a customer, and finishing up the experience with finance's Karl Davis as we finished the trade, leaves me with nothing but high praise for the entire experience. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I swore after my first experience that I wouldn't go back, but I somehow ended up getting my wife's car from the same place. The first incident, when I bought my car, I bought during a promotional period and was supposed to receive season tickets for a local sports team. When I didn't receive the tickets I called and was told that I wouldn't be getting them and was never provided a very good answer as to why. I called the dealership manager, but my calls were not returned. I also submitted something directly to Nissan USA, but they said to discuss it with the dealership. The second incident was when I purchased my wife's vehicle. I opted for the maintenence "convenience" package, where all oil-changes and basic maintenence are paid for in the monthly payment. It has proven to be anything but convenient. We were supposed to get some type of priority for getting that package. Not true. We were told to drop the car off one Saturday morning at 7am for scheduled work. We both drove over with our toddler in the car. They didn't open until 8am. The worst part about this dealership is that no one cares about how their employees lie. I gave them a '4' for their friendliness rating because they are very friendly to your face. However, everything they say is a lie so the friendliness is false. More
