I do appreciate the fact you actually interact with your reviews. There is an important caveat to your response. The service team has not yet been able to “get the job done”. As of yesterday Kody very courteously and candidly let me know my car will not be finished for at least 3 to 4 weeks. After I get it back and put some miles on it without any other issues arising, the job will have gotten done. We are, however, progressing in a satisfactory direction and I am satisfied your dealership is trying to do the right thing. Not trying to be abrupt but I am 5 months and 4 major “fixes” into this.

One of the repairs was for the lift gate and the second time the lift gate was used one of the new struts popped off with a loud bang causing the lift gate to crash down, unable to close. More

120,000 miles, Germain has been there for every service, tires, etc. service team, just handles it. I pull in, they work on my Subaru while I work in their very nice waiting room. Could not be happier More
