An excellent experience, 2nd time around At the end of June 2019 I decided that I would be looking to trade my 2016 Mazda CX-3 Sport in, on a newer model and looked on the web for a couple of At the end of June 2019 I decided that I would be looking to trade my 2016 Mazda CX-3 Sport in, on a newer model and looked on the web for a couple of days to see what I could find. After being contacted by multiple dealerships in the area, and with a few of them appearing to become aggressive (almost pushy, which turned me off) I located a nice 2017 Mazda CX-3 Touring edition, in the used car section of Germaine Toyota, and gave them a call and was connected to a young lady by the Name of Tanesha Dixon, who was quite pleasant, and listened to what I was wanting to know, about the vehicle. After she respectfully placed me on hold for a minute to check and see if the Car was still available, she came back on the phone and told me that it was. I asked her if it would be available to see and or to test drive and she said "absolutely" and then asked me when I would like to visit the dealership to check it out and I told her within the next hour and a half and she stated that she would get it ready. I drove up to Germain from our home in Lancaster, and actually arrived earlier than what I told Tanesha I would, but she had no problem with that, and allowed me to see the vehicle and test drive it with her. I absolutely loved the car and decided to see what kind of a deal she could offer on a trade in. Needless to say, she was able to get the car for me at a price that was reasonable, and we made a deal that afternoon. This newer Mazda that I was purchasing, had some minor cosmetic damage to the rear bumper, due to the previous lease person backing into something, and Tanesha promised me that she could get it into Germain's repair facility with a week or so in order to get it repaired. In approximately a week she called me and we arranged a time for me to bring it in (09:00a.m. on a tuesday). The morning that I was scheduled to bring it in for repair, I arrived extremely early, and even though Tanesha wasn't scheduled to be in until an hour or so later, I decided to drive up to the dealership and wait for her to arrive (with myself having nothing else to do at the time). I arrived early and was just kind of hanging out when I was approached by a Gentlemen by the name of Brian Scott. Brian asked if there was anything he could help me with and I told him that I was just hanging out looking at some of the cars and was waiting for Tanesha to arrive in order to get my car in for repair. Brian, being a good Customer service person stated that he could do that for me and asked me to have a seat for a minute and he would be right back. A couple of minutes later, Brian showed back up with a loaner car, which I wasn't expecting, because I had just planned to hang out waiting on the repair, and Brian stated that it could be 6 to 8 hours and that he wouldn't want me to wait that long. He went in and spoke with another young man by the Name of Greg Coby, and they took my Car in for it's repair, and the two gentlemen had me fill out a form with my Name, a Copy of my drivers License and insurance information and sent me on my way, while taking my car in for repair. When Tanesha got into her office she gave me a call and told me that she would call me when my Car was finished with it's repair, and to relax and enjoy the loaner car that they had provided until I returned, to pick up my car. Later that day, approximately 6.5 hours later, Tanesha called me to inform me that I could pick up my car because it was finished. I drove back up to Germain and we exchanged vehicles and I told Tanesha how much I appreciated her and those tow gentlemen who made my purchasing and repair experience as pleasant as can be....and for that reason, Germain will definitely receive any future Business that we will do, when it comes to purchasing New and or Used Vehicles. Tanesha, Brian, and Greg all three, are model employees (at least in this customers opinion), and I greatly appreciate them, for going out of their way to provide "Quality Customer Service" to this customer, who is fairly selective of the Dealerships that he has dealt with over his last 40 plus years, of car buying experience. These three good people definitely deserve accolades, from the Owners and or Management of the Germain Team of Dealerships!! More

Good place to buy a used car Good dealership and good people. My only problem was that the truck I bought smelled like an ashtray and had some damage to the windshield.
