AJ helped to make my entire experience perfect! When I began looking at the RAV4, AJ allowed me to test drive one in a different color, but had all of the features I was looking for! From the get go he didn't treat me as other salesman have since I'm a female. That in itself gave him high marks. He greeted me first, even though my husband was with me (another high mark) and kept engaging both my husband and I.
