I took the car to the dealership for Oil Consumption Test twice and both times they said that it passed the test!!! So I asked the rep if the car burn one quart of oil every 1000 miles and if I change oil on 5000 miles that means the car will run our of oil, and he said that's normal. Toyota should fix the problem. I will never buy Toyota again. More

He was very pleasant, and was NOT PUSHY, which is a rare and much appreciated trait in a used car salesman. He made the extra effort to make sure that the certified service was completed, which included new rear brakes and 2 new tires. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle. We would give him 6 stars if we could. More

No pressure, she just wanted him to get what he wanted and what he could afford. She kept him in budget. She didn't try to up sell him into something he could afford. She was high service. low pressure! Everyone we encountered at the dealership was like that. I had been thinking about replacing my Silverado, I stopped to see Amanda, again low pressure high service. Our family now has 2 new Toyotas, Amanda will get first crack at my wife when she is ready to buy a new car or truck. Super great people! We bought twice, I think that speaks for itself. More
